The Rotling is an extremely approachable wine with charm! An ideal spring and summer wine when well chilled. Our tip: frozen or fresh strawberries in the glass – simply delicious!

Fresh aromas of red berries such as wild strawberries, raspberries and redcurrants. The tangy acidity invigorates the palate and ends with a good finish.

Goes well with poultry, smoked salmon with shaved creamed horseradish or spicy hard cheeses. A pleasure on its own at any party!

By the way: Rotling is made from white and red grapes. The grapes are harvested and pressed together; it is therefore a blend of the white wine variety Müller Thurgau and the red wine variety Dornfelder.
