For this “Blanc de Noir”, we pressed (red) Pinot Noir grapes in such a way that the wine remains white. The wine presents itself in a pale straw yellow with delicate pink reflections.

The Burgundy’s power and lush structure combine with its fresh fruit and crisp acidity.  This fine Pinot Noir is slender and discreet and impresses with its elegant paleness – but surprises with the full aroma of red berries.

The red berries are also expressed on the palate, where a complex acidity structure carries the wine through to the animating finish.

The Blanc de Noir is great fun when slightly chilled – a real find for sure!
