Riesling Sekt trocken
Grown in hilly slate soil with southwest / southern exposure. Hot and dry summer gave way to a dry, sunny September harvest.
Pale yellow in color. Delicate nose shows dusty notes of Brioche, underpinned by a flinty minerality. This wine has a creamy mouth feel and reminds you of pear, honeydew melon and green apples on the palate. Medium, fresh finish with well-integrated acid.
Great for drinking as an aperitif or paired with simple dishes such as fish, poultry or egg-based dishes (omelets, quiche, etc.). Great complement to brie and soft, mild cheeses.
