OUR GUESTHOUSE

We look forward to hosting you in our guesthouse. It is just a ten-minute walk uphill from the Mosel with magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards. According to National Geographic, the Mosel Valley is one of the most romantic places in the world!

The Mosel valley is about wine…and so much more…biking and hiking trails lead past historic buildings, through the vineyards or into the forest. And of course we still offer the best Riesling in the world!

OUR WINE

We are a German-American family whose passion for wine has brought us to the Mosel. As such, we see ourselves steered equally by the long tradition of German winemaking and the passion for innovation that drives winemaking in the new world.

We are a family winery whose passion for high quality wine is what drives us. We work traditionally with classic Mosel varietals to present wines in a modern, approachable style for an international audience.

Numerous attractions make spending your holiday with us in Lieser unforgettable. It is only a short walk down to the Mosel or up into the vineyards.  You will enjoy the tranquility of our small wine village. Lieser lies at the foot of the Maare-Moselradweg (Marre – Mosel Cycle Route), only 5 km from Bernkastel-Kues. Water activities, including boat trips and kayaking, are highlights of any vacation. Spending time outdoors with your favorite glass of wine and surrounded by friends and family makes for stress-free days.
